Fab senior technicians / junior engineers: Need 5+ years experience working in a semiconductor, photovoltaics, data-storage or MEMS fab in one or more of the following process areas: Litho, etching, wetprocessing, diffusion and packaging.

CVD / Epi Si Engineers: Primary responsibility includes development of silicon CVD and epitaxial device layers for the companiesproducts to meet specified performance targets. Individual will need to work with several organizations including internal TD, external foundries, equipment suppliers and consultants to integrate various elements needed for final technology implementation. Knowledge of epi Si process and hardware is a definite plus. Up to 30% travel to partner sites may be required. Must have an M.S. or Ph.D. in engineering or physical sciences plus a minimum of 3+ years of semiconductor or related industry experience.

This position is responsible for development of dielectric films such as oxides, nitrides, oxynitrides and sputtered metal films that comprise the flow for creating the cell from the TFSS. These could be deposited using thermal, plasma, spin-on or other thin-film processes. Individual will need to work with all back-end unit process engineers & cell integration engineer to understand and harmonize with the characteristics of each step such that the end goals of working solar cells which meet performance specs, are achieved. This will also need work with several organizations including internal TD line, external foundries, equipment suppliers and consultants to integrate various elements needed for final technology implementation. Up to 30% travel to partner sites may be required. Educational qualifications: Minimum of Ph.D. in Engineering or Physical Sciences with a strong emphasis on thin-film technology development including thermal & plasma processing, metallization and device fabrication is required. Hands-on working experience in a semiconductor/PV fabrication line is a definite plus. Candidate needs to have demonstrated independent project planning, execution and innovation. Experience: 5+ years experience in a semiconductor or photovoltaic processing line is needed where candidate should have done process development on thin films for such applications.
